Something is broken
Write to us and say what you were doing when it went wrong, which browser you are on, and what you expected instead. A screen recording is worth a page of description, and since your media never leaves your computer we cannot see the file ourselves.
Billing, refunds, invoices
Payments run through Paddle, our merchant of record, so your card details never touch our servers. Reply to the receipt Paddle sent you, or write to us and we will sort it. Full refund within 14 days, no questions, and the refund policy spells it out.
An idea, or something missing
Ladybug is built from what people ask for. Tell us what you are trying to make and what is in the way. The roadmap shows what is being worked on now, and what’s new lists what already shipped.
Talking to other people who use it
The Discord is where people post what they have made and ask each other how. We are in there too.
Who makes this
Ladybug is a 92learns studio, built by a small team led by Alan Ayoubi. 92learns teaches design: a quarter of a million students in 120 countries have learned to make things there, starting from zero. Teaching is what showed us what designers actually need, and Ladybug is the tool we wanted on our own desk.
The company is the same one behind 92learns. Anything you send to the address above reaches us directly.
Where your work lives
Nowhere but your own computer. Every effect runs in your browser and your projects sit in a folder you chose, so there is nothing for us to look at even if you ask us to. That is worth knowing before you send a bug report: we will need you to describe what happened, or show us, because we cannot go and look.
